Health is an ongoing pursuit. Many of today's health concerns can be avoided with some knowledge and usually minor lifestyle changes. We do not just wake up one day and have diabetes or high blood pressure, we have to work at it. Through years of poor decisions in diet and lifestyle your body WILL begin to dysfunction.
Health is not a future goal you want to attain, but a constant mindset that helps you make good decisions about your health and lifestyle right NOW. Whether it is better food choices, taking a walk after dinner before sitting down to work or watch television or setting aside 10 minutes at night before bed to do some quiet meditation, it is the small, every day choices that will make the biggest difference.
