Science is proving over and over the numerous health and wellness benefits of Tai Chi. Not only does Tai Chi show to increase health, longevity and well being but study's are showing an increase in bone density and strength in the elderly along with a decrease in mild depression. Depression and bone health is a major health concern, as we get older.Could this 100s of year old practice be another tool in our battle on depression and osteoporosis?
